THE IBIZA METHOD™ / COOKIES

Cookie Policy

Information about cookies and browser storage technologies used by THE IBIZA METHOD™.

1. Controller

TRUEART AGENCY SL, NIF B75323741, Calle Monsenyor Palmer, 1N, 07014 Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain. Contact: hello@theibizamethod.com.

2. Necessary technologies

The site uses browser storage and necessary first-party cookies to manage preferences, sessions, Discovery recovery and service security. The ibiza_method_consent cookie stores the user's analytics choice and has a maximum lifetime of 24 months.

3. Analytics — Google Analytics 4

THE IBIZA METHOD™ uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, sessions and product events. Analytics is not activated until the user expressly accepts analytics technologies. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. These cookies may have a default lifetime of up to 2 years, subject to browser limitations. Google states that Analytics does not store IP addresses and that personally identifiable information must not be sent to Analytics.

4. Rejection and withdrawal

You can reject analytics in the initial banner or later withdraw consent through the visible PRIVACY control on the site. When analytics is rejected, Google Analytics is not loaded and analytics cookies are not created by our implementation. Withdrawal does not prevent access to the website or purchased services.

5. Legal basis

Where analytics is not strictly necessary and is subject to Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI, activation is based on the user's consent. Strictly necessary technologies are used to provide requested functionality and operate the service.

6. Providers

Measurement uses Google Analytics 4. The site may also use technology providers required for hosting, database, communications, payments and security. Their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Browser controls

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. This may affect certain technical functions or the persistence of preferences.

8. Updates

If the purposes, providers or technologies change, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated and, where required, users will be asked to make a new choice.
